These MarketerZ terms of use set out the rules for accessing and using the marketerz.com website and its demo assistant, Marc. They apply to every visitor of the site, in France and abroad.

These terms of use (the "Terms") set out the rules for accessing and using the marketerz.com website (the "Site"), published by MARKETERZ IA.

The Site features a demo virtual assistant, "Marc, AI consultant at MarketerZ." Marc gives you an interactive sense of the kind of solutions we build for our clients.

Marc's answers are provided for demonstration purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice and create no contractual commitment on MarketerZ's part. For specific questions about your own project, please contact our team directly.

Please avoid sharing sensitive or confidential personal data with Marc. Any exchange with the assistant is handled in line with our privacy policy.

Intellectual Property

Every element of the Site (text, images, graphics, logo, structure, video) is the exclusive property of MARKETERZ IA or its partners, and is protected under intellectual property law.
